Ask Josh The Pilot, Vol. V, Day 5: I'm a pilot

This is something Ryan The Rocket Scientist sent me on AIM three years ago:
USAFman:
I'm a pylot
I'm a peylot
I'm piylot
I'm a pilut
I drive airplanes
I think he was trying to make fun of pilots, which is extra funny now because when he graduated the Air Force sent him to pilot school!

I've run out of questions to answer. If y'all have more, post them in the comments or email to: josh_hunter04@yahoo.com

How long is ATC school, and why did you leave the Air Force Academy? (if that isn't too personal, although I'm not the one questioning you on marriage, babies, and the like!)

Ok. New question then...

Why planes?

You two keep referring to the University of Airplanes. Which University is that in real life? Or is that top secret?

I feel bad about the lack of questions, so this is me doing my part.
Favorite color?
Favorite movie?
Favorite thing about your job?
Favorite book of the Bible?
If you could be any animal, what would it be?
If you could go back to any moment in your life (to relive, let's say, and not redo, which would be more depressing), what would it be?
If you could live anywhere, where would that be?
What would be the first thing you'd buy if you won the lottery?
And thanks for indulging all of us nosy parkers!

I hate to fly. (Hate the bumps, scared of falling thousands of feet to a firey death...I think these are pretty run-of-the-mill flying fears...) Please tell me how to learn to enjoy it!

How about your nickname for MB? Does she remind you of Tinkerbell?
