Free samples!

There is now an "Excerpts" page at DrinkToTheLasses.com. That's right! I've got my apron on, I'm standing at the end of the cheese aisle, and I'm handing out free samples!

Also, I'm sure you've been unable to function all day, wondering about my reaction to this morning's "Doogie Howser: Gay!" announcement. That reaction, my friends, is: "Really?" I have terrible, terrible gaydar. The first time I saw Elton John, I was like, "Why does his wife let him leave the house dressed like that?"

I hope Vinnie is okay with all this at: mb@blondechampagne.com

I'm sure you meant "wife", but you gotta ask yourself if there's some kind of internalized message there...

Hee! You're right. Works about the same. Thanks :)

So when do we get the free samples from the next book? ;-)

Soon as enough people buy the first one, I can afford to give out further freebes :)

What is it about People Magazine that makes gay entertainers want to confide in them? It's like a magic power, or something.

I so heart you for bringing up Vinnie. And I've put your book on my Christmas list. I'm poor, but I want to make sure I support my fellow former SMCer, so I figured I'd get my parents to foot the bill. :)

Yay parents! Thanks so much, miss :)

Loved the pix and the excerpts. I'm eagerly awaiting my copy to arrive.
I paid for shipping. Does this mean that JTP is going to do a flyover and drop it on my front porch?

Nah, he'd do that for free :) Thank you so much for ordering.

I'm with you, MB... I didn't see the "Doogie Howser is gay" one coming either.

Just makes you wonder who will be next? People has made it almost a monthly event.

Wow. The excerpt about room selection was dead on. What makes it worse is the knowledge that every year someone will be sobbing on the bench next to you and frantically looking at floor plans. But, as long as you don't get stuck with the weird girl, things usually end up alright in the end.

Thanks for going to read those, rochelle :)

Avoidance of room selection drama was honestly one of the reasons I chose Saint Mary's. Single rooms galore.

Is there any chance I can get my copy autographed when I order through dttl.com, or do I have to wait for the long-promised Camelot bookstore signing?

We're still working on a Camelot date, Mike. It'll definitely be in the spring, maybe Feb.
