Welcome MSNBC.com Readers

When Regis Smiles

Also, it seems that most of you out there are using the comments section for its intended purpose, i.e., telling me that I in fact rule. So the comments can stay. For now.

Honestly, I'm pretty overwhelmed by the avalanche of niceness. It's like the final scene of It's a Wonderful Life, only instead of cash, you all are throwing love on the big dining room table. Although I would not necessarily turn down cash.

Welcome, welcome all, and many, many thanks. And now: We ride!

Just read your MSN commentary. LOL. Loved the John Madden bit. To my husband's chagrin, the first time he talked me into watching a game was when Madden disected a turducken with his yellow pen circling each layer of meat and stuffing. I sat there with my mouth agape and wondered when someone was going to ground him from using that pen.

Loved it! I'd never heard the Will Rogers story before. And I agree with the Nick/Jessica nomination -- anything to remove them from the public consciousness.

A wonderful article, as usual, MB! If I only I had the inclination and inspiration to write as you do :)

Keep up the good work and don't let the wannabe engineers get you down ;)

Jon SHOULD be good- he is an equal opportunity insulter! But can he handle the wardrobe changes- oh, wait, is that only for women hosts? Can YOU handle the wardrobe changes?

MSNBC would be how I found you in the first place. And Obie Wan has forever in my circle of friends become, "young hot Obie Won".

Great job, and give the college kids hell.

Re: MSNBC "10 Sexy Movie Men"
As the pigment of my skin is capable of reflecting sunlight and Clorox once contacted me to be a color swatch to measure the effectiveness of their product, I totally understood how Orlando didn't make the list. Loved that Sean and "Pete" were on it though. But, where's Denzel??

And, how about a "Ones to Watch" list with Naveen Andrews at the top - the man sizzles more than tandoori.
